New Family Pre-Registration

Welcome to Rhiza Church! We are so excited that you have decided to join us for one of our Sunday services! This form is designed to make your first visit with us as smooth as possible. Please start by filling out the contact information for you and your spouse. At the bottom, click the add child tab for each child in your household. When you walk in on Sunday all you have to do is print your child's tags, drop them off, and head to service!
